How we clear the land
Scrub clearance
We cut and remove scrub, brambles and bushes by machine, even on plots nobody has touched for years.

We pull out the tree stumps and roots that get in the way of building or working the land.

Grading
To finish, we even out the ground for the next stage: building, growing or simply upkeep.

For contractors and builders
Scrub and site clearance before setting out the works, with the right machine for the ground and the access.
For private clients

- Grass, tall brambles or small trees take different amounts of time.

Questions about land clearance
Do I have to clear my land?
In many areas the law requires land around houses and other buildings to be cleared, to reduce the risk of wildfire. The rules and deadlines vary with the place and the year: check with the câmara municipal or the junta de freguesia (parish council).
Which machine do you use?
It depends on the land. In tight or sloping spots, a mini digger; on large plots, bigger excavators or a wheel loader. We choose once we have seen photos or the site.
Does the cleared material stay on the plot?
Tell us what you prefer. If it has to be taken away, that is stated in the quote.
How long does it take?
It depends on the area, the vegetation and the access. The timescale is stated in the quote.
