Who is responsible

This website belongs to SOMOVIL, tax number (NIF) 517816563. For any question about your personal data, write to geral@somovil.pt.

The quote request form

When you send the form, we receive what you filled in: the service or the machine, your name, mobile number, email (if you give one), the site location, the dates, your message and any photos you attach.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Your request is handled by a function of the website, which runs in the Cloudflare data centre nearest to you and forwards it by email through Brevo (a French company with servers in the European Union) to our mailbox, hosted by Hostinger. If you give an email address, Brevo also sends you an automatic confirmation. These companies process the data on our behalf and only to deliver your request.

The IP address of whoever sends the form is used at that moment to stop repeated submissions and is not stored by the website.

What data we use and why

We use the details you send us, through the form, WhatsApp, phone or email, to reply to your request, prepare the quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work.

We keep requests for as long as it takes to reply to them and, if the work goes ahead, for as long as the law requires us to keep the records (for example, for invoicing).

Cookies and analytics

At the moment, the website does not use cookies or analytics tools, and does not load content from other websites: fonts, images and code are all hosted on the website itself.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to geral@somovil.pt. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).
